STAFF NURSES AND SOCIAL WORKERS COORDINATE MEDICAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS OF PARTICIPANTS. ONE CENTER IS LOCATED WITHIN THE MARY IMMACULATE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY, THE OTHER ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTER, LA CASA DE MARIA IMMACULADA, IS UNIQUELY GEARED TO THE UNDERSERVED HISPANIC COMMUNITY.
