TO PROVIDE VETERANS WHO MAY NOT OTHERWISE HAVE THE PHYSICAL OR FINANCIAL ABILITY A MEANS TO VISIT THE VETERANS MEMORIALS IN WASHINGTON D.C. BY PROVIDING THEM WITH GUARDIAN AND FINANCIAL ASSISTED TRAVEL AND SUPPORT.
