TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, PROMOTION, AND FUNDING FOR BETTER PUBLIC ACCESS TO AND APPRECIATION OF LITERARY WORKS IN SCIENCE FICTION LITERATURE, THROUGH ACCESS TO PRIVATE COLLECTIONS OF SF LITERATURE AND THROUGH EDUCATION OF AUTHORS AND THE READING PUBLIC, VIA SPEECHES, PANEL DISCUSSIONS, SEMINARS, AND ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE PUBLICATION OF LOCUS MAGAZINE AND LOCUS ONLINE.
