The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE TAILHOOK ASSOCIATION IS AN INDEPENDENT, FRATERNAL, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS THE PREMIER SUPPORTER OF THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER AND OTHER SEA-BASED AVIATION.THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE: TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE, DEVELOP, STUDY, AND SUPPORT THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER, SEA-BASED AIRCRAFT, BOTH FIXED AND ROTARY WING, AND AIRCREWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; AND TO EDUCATE AND INFORM THE PUBLIC IN THE APPROPRIATE ROLE OF THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER AND CARRIER AVIATION IN THE NATIONS'S DEFENSE SYSTEM.

MOORHEAD COUNTRY CLUB IS A MEMBER-OWNED FACILITY OFFERING RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.

MISSION:

PROVIDE SPORTS PROGRAMS (BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, FOOTBALL, SOCCER, BASKETBALL, AND LAX) FOR YOUTH (BOYS AND GIRLS) WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. PARTICIPATION LEVEL IS APPROXIMATELY 9,700 AGES 5-14 YEARS OLD.

SOKOL IS AN ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND CULTURAL ADVANCEMENT OF ITS MEMBERS, AND THE CHILDREN WHO ATTEND ITS GYMNASIUMS. IT IS BASED UPON THE THEORY THAT ONLY PHYSICALLY FIT, MENTALLY ALERT AND CULTURALLY WELL-DEVELOPED CITIZENS CAN FORM A HEALTY, STRONG NATION.

OHIO VALLEY REGION, INC. (OVR), IS A MEMBER OF USA VOLLEYBALL, THE SPORTS GOVERNING BODY FOR VOLLEYBALL. OHIO VALLEY REGION WILL PROMOTE AND DEVELOP THE SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL,REGISTER TEAMS, ADMINISTRATORS AND OFFICIALS FOR ALL SANCTIONED VOLLEYBALL COMPETITIONS WITHIN THE OHIO VALLEY REGION AND CONDUCT REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AND OTHER COMPETITIONS WITHIN THE OHIO VALLEY REGION.

ALL STARS HELPING KIDS WANTS TO INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STARTUP NONPROFITS WITH EARLY-STAGE INVESTMENTS, RESOURCES AND STRATEGIC CAPACITY BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE SO MANY MORE NONPROFITS COULD MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.
