OHIO VALLEY REGION WILL PROMOTE AND DEVELOP THE SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL,REGISTER TEAMS, ADMINISTRATORS AND OFFICIALS FOR ALL SANCTIONED VOLLEYBALL COMPETITIONS WITHIN THE OHIO VALLEY REGION AND CONDUCT REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AND OTHER COMPETITIONS WITHIN THE OHIO VALLEY REGION.
