ENGINEERS IN ACTION (EIA) IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION PROVIDING ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THOSE LOCATED IN IMPOVERISHED NATIONS. EIA FACILITATES THE BUILDING OF WATER SYSTEMS, SANITATION STRUCTURES AND FOOTBRIDGES IN BOLIVIA, ECUADOR AND ESWATINI.

HIGH HOPES SPECIALIZES IN APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (ABA) CONCENTRATING ON LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL BEHAVIOR. THE CHILDREN WORK ON SKILLS INCLUDING: CLASSROOM, SOCIAL, COOPERATION, MOTOR AND VOCAL IMMITATION, REQUESTING, LABELING AND COMMUNICATION. THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS INDEPENDENT INTEGRATION INTO A TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM. THERE IS ALSO A FOCUS ON PARENTAL TRAINING BASED ON THE CHILD'S INDIVIDUALIZED NEEDS. HIGH HOPES ENCOURAGES PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT AND OFFERS SERVICES ALLOWING PARENTS TO MONITOR THEIR CHILD'S THERAPY VIA INTERNET CONNECTION.

KIM-COM PROMOTIONS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND HOSTING OF THE ANNUAL PAPERFEST EVENT. PAPERFEST, TYPICALLY HELD AT SUNSET PARK IN KIMBERLY, IS A FREE ADMISSION EVENT HELD ANNUALLY THE THIRD WEEKEND OF JULY. PAPERFEST IS ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY, UTILIZING THE SUPPORT AND GENEROSITY OF LOCAL BUSINESSES AND VOLUNTEERS TO ORGANIZE A COMMUNITY EVENT FEATURING LIVE MUSIC, CARNIVAL RIDES, SPORTING EVENTS, KIDS' GAMES, AND MUCH MORE. PROCEEDS FROM PAPERFEST ARE DONATED TO LOCAL NONPROFIT AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS.

WE ARE BUSINESSES, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, NON-PROFITS AND OTHER COMMITTED PARTNERS, WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE USE OF THE RESOURCES DEVOTED TO IMPROVING EDUCATION IN THE REGION.
