LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, EXCHANGE, AND CULTIVATION - MEMBER LEADERS AND STAFF ATTENDED VIRTUAL ZOOM CONFERENCES WITH NATIONAL COUNTERPARTS IN 2021, TO RECEIVE UPDATES, SHARE BEST PRACTICES AND CHALLENGES, AND ENHANCE HAWAII'S OWN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORK.
