PROVIDES EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO ITS COMMUNITY THROUGH VARIOUS DIGITAL AND ON THE GROUND PROGRAMS INCLUDING OUR PATIENT NAVIGATION CARE LINE, BREAST CANCER TATTOO PROGRAM, DIGITAL APP STANDWITH THAT ALLOWS PATIENTS AND CAREGIVER TO COMMUNICATE AND SCHEDULE, ONCOFERTILITY RESOURCES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.
