IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR VETERANS TO BE ABLE TO SAFELY, AND CONFIDENTIALLY, TALK ABOUT SERVICE AND RELATED ISSUES. PEERS OFFER EACH OTHER AN UNDERSTANDING THAT COMES FROM HAVING EXPERIENCED A SIMILAR SITUATION OR PROBLEM.THE AMERICAN LEGION POST #66 ALSO IS A CLEARING HOUSE OF INFORMATION REGARDING BENEFITS AND PROGRAMS FOR VETERANS OF ALL BRANCHES OF THE ARMED FORCES.
