YOUTH LEADERSHIP - A STATEWIDE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PREPARE LOW-INCOME, HIGH SCHOOL-AGE LATINAS FOR A SELF-SUFFICIENT FUTURE THAT WILL ALLOW FOR ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL PARITY THROUGH A COLLEGE EDUCATION.
