THIS TRUST IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE,RELIGIOUS, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WHICH MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXEMPTION AND WHICH CONSTITUTE PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER STATE LAW BY CONDUCTING AND SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS, AND/OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES (COLLECTIVELY THE "QUALIFIED PURPOSES") OF THE CLASS OF ORGANIZATIONS ("QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS")ORGANIZED UNDER SECTIONS 501(C)(3), 509(A)(1), AND 509(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986. THIS TRUST SHALL BE SUPERVISED OR CONTROLLED IN CONNECTION WITH ONE OR MORE QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE SUPPORTED CLASS. THE TRUST PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE PEOPLE AND PROGRAMS OF ITS LARGEST SUPPORTED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT SERVE AMERICA'S URBAN POOR, WORLD IMPACT, INC. $268,198 WAS DISTRIBUTED TO WORLD IMPACT TO SUPPORT ITS CHRISTIAN PROGRAMS, MISSIONARIES, AND STAFF. ORGANIZATIONS SIMILAR IN MISSION TO WORLD IMPACT RECEIVED GRANTS AS FOLLOWS: HMC (UYWI) RECEIVED $15,000 AND CITY TO CITY LOS ANGELES RECEIVED $101,000.


IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC GIFTS WERE MADE FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION FOR A SECOND YEAR TO SALVATION ARMY $10,000, SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK $10,000, AND UNION RESCUE MISSION $10,000.


THE TRUST PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE HOMES FOR THE POOR IN MEXICO AND LATIN AMERICA. THE TRUST FUNDED YWAM $10,000, SPECTRUM MINISTRIES $8300, AND ROCKY PEAK CHURCH $8,000.THE TRUST PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, COMPASSION MINISTRY AND CHRISTIAN EVANGELISM. $10,000 FUNDED GRACE CHURCH LONG BEACH. LONG BEACH CHURCH COLLECTIVE RECEIVED $10,000, AND WYCLIFFE BIBLE TRANSLATORS RECEIVED $3,000 FOR ITS BIBLE TRANSLATION WORK. $1,000 SUPPORTED THE GOVERN FOR IMPACT ASSOCIATION. ENCOMPASS (BEARDS) IN VIETNAM RECEIVED $1000 AND THE GATHERING $1000.THE TRUST'S MANAGING TRUSTEES ARE ALSO OFFICERS AND/OR DIRECTORS OF CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE SUPPORTED BY THE TRUST.
