LOW INCOME HOUSING: 30 LOW-INCOME APARTMENT UNITS OFFERING AFFORDABLE LIVING SPACE IN THE ART DISTRICT OF DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES. TENANTS THAT ARE ARTISTS HAVE ACCESS TO ARTIST FACILITIES.


YOUR ART HERE (CREATIVE CAREERS): BRING ARTS INTO THE COMMUNITY BY CONTRACTING FOR MURALS, EXHIBITORS, AND CURATING GALLERY SHOWS. PROGRAM REVENUE IS USED TO SUPPORT ARTISTS AND THE ORGANIZATION.


ART SALES & CREATIVE CAREERS: CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR VISUAL ARTISTS TO DISPLAY THEIR WORKS IN TRADITIONAL AND NONTRADITIONAL GALLERY SPACES WHICH CONNECT TO THE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDE CULTURAL CONNECTION.
