THE ORGANIZATION'S EARLY EDUCATION PROGRAMS OPERATE A NONPUBLIC AGENCY THAT PROVIDES BASIC EDUCATION AND SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES TO ATTEND PRESCHOOL AT CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, NORTHRIDGE. ADDITIONALLY IT PROVIDES AN EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
