THE WOMEN'S HISTORY RECLAMATION PROJECT (DBA WOMEN'S MUSEUM OF CALIFORNIA) IS COMMITTED TO PRESERVING THE PAST AND INSPIRING THE FUTURE WITH EXCITING, RELEVANT, AND DYNAMIC STORIES ABOUT WOMEN CHANGING THE WORLD. THROUGH EXHIBITIONS AND PUBLIC PROGRAMS, THE WOMEN'S MUSEUM OF CALIFORNIA CELEBRATES THE IMPACT OF WOMEN IN OUR COMMUNITIES AND ILLUMINATES THE STRUGGLES WOMEN HAVE FACED AND OVERCOME. THE MUSEUM ENGAGES DIVERSE AUDIENCES TO LEARN ABOUT AND APPRECIATE WOMEN'S HISTORY IN THE PAST AND WOMEN MAKING HISTORY NOW. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE THE ANNUAL WOMEN'S HALL OF FAME AND WOMEN'S EQUALITY DAY CELEBRATIONS. THE MUSEUM'S EXTENSIVE ARCHIVAL COLLECTION COVERS WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE IN CALIFORNIA, WOMEN'S MOVEMENTS AND CLUBS, FASHION, ADVERTISING, AND EDUCATION.
