THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 65 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS PLYMOUTH PLACE LOCATED IN STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON OCTOBER 1, 2021, THE PROPERTY SOLD TO PLYMOUTH PLACE RHF PARTNERS, L.P..PLYMOUTH PLACE, INC. NOW FUNDS THE PROJECT THROUGH A SELLER CARRYBACK LOAN, AND IS THE MAJORITY MEMBER OF PLYMOUTH PLACE RHF HOUSING, LLC. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS ENTITY GOING FORWARD WILL BE A FINANCING ARM OF THE LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECT THROUGH THE NEW PARTNERSHIP.
