EDUCATION AND OUTREACH: CREATES COMMUNITY PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE CHILD SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF ABDUCTION. EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
