TO PROTECT & FURTHER THE LEGAL, CIVIL, HUMAN AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF IMMIGRANTS, REFUGEES, CHILDREN, INDIGENIOUS PEOPLE, AND THE INDIGENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NON-PROFIT LEGAL SERVICE PROGRAMS INCLUDING LITIGATION SUPPORT, ADVOCACY SUPPORT, TRAINING, INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION AND POLICY ANALYSIS.

THE CHRCL PROVIDES TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NON-PROFIT LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAMS THAT OFFER FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO INDIGENT PEOPLE. THE CHRCL'S WORK IS FOCUSED ON THE LEGAL HUMAN,CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE INDIGENT POPULATIONS INCLUDING IMMIGRANTS, REFUGEES, CHILDREN AND INDIGENOUS PEOPLES. THE CHRCL'S SERVICES INCLUDE SUPPORT FOR AND PARTICIPATION IN MAJOR LITIGATION AIMED TO PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF SIGNIFICANT NUMBERS OF VULNERABLE INDIGENT PEOPLE, ADVOCACY WORK AND SUPPORT, TRAINING OF LEGAL PROGRAMS' STAFF AND COMMUNITY-BASED ADVOCATES, PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS ABOUT THE RIGHTS VULNERABLE INDIGENT POPULATIONS AND PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTIONS OF MATERIALS CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE DEVELOPMENTS IMPACTING ON INDIGENT POPULATIONS.
