PROPOSE AND PURSUE LEGISLATION TO BENEFIT THE DEFENSE BAR AND PRESERVE THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS ACCUSED OF CRIME, WITH POSITIONS ON OVER 100 BILLS IN 2020-21 LEGISLATIVE SESSION, AND SEVERAL SPONSORED BILLS WHICH WERE ENACTED INTO LAW.
PLAINTIFFS IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SEEKING APPROPRIATE COVID PROTECTION FOR INMATES IN PRISON AND JAILS, BOTH STATEWIDE AND IN TULARE COUNTY.
