SENIOR EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM - SEAS PROVIDES FOR AN EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM ATTACHED TO THEIR TELEPHONE. THE SENIOR CLIENTS ARE MONITORED IN COLLABORATION WITH THEIR FAMILY CAREGIVER OR NEIGHBOR. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 550 CLIENTS.
LUNCH PROGRAM - PROVIDES SENIOR CITIZENS IN THE COMMUNITY WITH PREPARED MEALS DURING LUNCH HOURS. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 175 MEALS.
ADULT SOCIAL DAY CARE - PROVIDES RESPITE TO CAREGIVERS FOR SENIORS WHO ARE OLDER, FRAIL, OR HAVE SHORT-TERM MEMORY LOSS. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 13 CLIENTS.
