THE ORGANIZATION TESTS, TRAINS, AND PLACES DISABLED INDIVIDUALS IN JOBS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. IT RECEIVES ITS FUNDS FROM VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, ESPECIALLY THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND STATE TRAINING GRANTS. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES DONATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT. THE SERVICES, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT ARE SHOWN AT THEIR FAIR MARKET VALUE OF 404,620 WHICH REDUCES TOTAL EXPENSES BY THIS AMOUNT.
