DEVELOPING AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND OTHER PROJECTS THAT PROMOTE CULTURAL IDENTITY, ECONOMIC STABILITY, SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND CIVIC PARTICIPATION. THESE INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE FACILITATED THROUGH COMMUNITY-BASED, COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS.
