THE CORPORATION, AMONG OTHER THINGS, OWNS AND OPERATES A 122 UNIT PROPERTY KNOWN AS UNION PLAZA APARTMENTS (THE "PROPERTY") LOCATED IN SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE PROPERTY ALSO CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 3,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE (EXCLUDING ROOF TOP SPACE) THAT IT LEASES TO VARIOUS TENANTS.
