THE ASSOCIATION DISSEMINATES INFORMATION ABOUT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN THE SANTA MARIA VALLEY AREA TO MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE MEMBER IS ABLE TO ACCESS A WEBSITE, PLAN ROOM, AND RECEIVES A BI-WEEKLY NEWSLETTER WHICH LISTS JOBS AVAILABLE. THE ASSOCIATION HAS A 5 MINUTE RADIO SPOT EVERY FRIDAY REPORTING NEWS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, SAFETY LAWS, EVENTS AND PROMOTION OF THE IMPORTANCE OF HIRING LICENSED CONTRACTORS.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES A PLAN ROOM TO SUPPORT SERVICES FOR LOCAL CONTRACTORS SUCH AS PHOTOCOPYING, FAXING, BLUEPRINT DUPLICATION, AND ON-LINE SERVICES.
