IT SANCTIONS KARTING EVENTS AT MEMBER TRACKS, AND EVALUATES AND MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPROVED SAFETY ASPECTS OF THOSE TRACKS AND THE COMPETITION EQUIPMENT. THE ORGANIZATION PROCESSES APPROXIMATELY 1,000 MEMBERSHIPS PER YEAR, AND RECORDS ALL INDIVIDUAL MEMBER COMPETITION CREDITS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THESE ACTIVITIES PROVIDE THE CLASS STRUCTURE AND LEVELS OF COMPETITION FOR NATIONAL KARTING EVENTS.THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ADMINISTERS PIT-PASS PROGRAMS FOR ALL MEMBERS AND MEMBER TRACKS, WHICH PROVIDES COVERAGE OF LIABILITY AND MEDICAL COVERAGE IN CONNECTION WITH KARTING ACTIVITIES.
