THE MISSION OF THE YMCA OF THE FOOTHILLS IS TO ORGANIZE, DEVELOP, FINANCE, AND CONDUCT PROGRAMS FOR AN ASSOCIATION OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES THAT WILL, BY PUTTING CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES INTO PRACTICE, ENRICH THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND SOCIALLY. WE HAVE BEEN STRENGTHENING THE FOUNDATIONS OF OUR COMMUNITY SINCE 1952 THROUGH LIFE-SAVING PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES IN THE AREAS OF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, HEALTHY LIVING, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. THE YMCA OF THE FOOTHILLS IS A DIVERSE ORGANIZATION OF MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN JOINED TOGETHER BY A SHARED COMMITMENT TO STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY THROUGH YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, HEALTHY LIVING, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. WE BRING FAMILIES CLOSER TOGETHER, ENCOURAGE HEALTHY LIVING, AND FOSTER CONNECTIONS THROUGH PHYSICAL EXERCISE, SPORTS, FUN, AND SHARED INTERESTS, WHILE PROVIDING PHYSCIAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO OVER 40,000 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH A BROAD RANGE OF ACCESSIBLE, EFFECTIVE, AND QUALITY PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS A VARIETY OF ONGOING AND EMERGING COMMUNITY NEEDS.
