THE RECOVERY LEARNING CENTER IS A REHABILATION FACILITY THAT SERVES PEOPLE LIVING WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES JOB TRAINING, SKILLS OF LIVING CLASSES, AND SOCIALIZATION.
