PACIFIC LODGE YOUTH SERVICES WAS ACQUIRED BY OPTIMIST BOYS' HOME AND RANCH INC., (EIN: 95-1643340, DBA: OPTIMIST YOUTH HOMES & FAMILY SERVICES) ON JANUARY 1, 2017. ALL ASSETS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LAND, AND ALL LIABILITIES WERE TRANSFERRED TO OPTIMIST YOUTH HOMES & FAMILY SERVICES. ALL ORDINARY OPERATIONS OF PACIFIC LODGE YOUTH SERVICES CEASED ON DECEMBER 31, 2016 AND WERE ASSUMED BY OPTIMIST YOUTH HOMES & FAMILY SERVICES ON JANUARY 1, 2017.
