CARLMONT PARENT TEACHER STUDENT ASSOCAITION (PTSA) MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES,AND TO BRING CLOSER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HOME AND SCHOOL SO THAT PARENTS AND TEACHERS MAY WORK COLLABORATIVELY IN EDUCATING THEIR CHILDREN AND YOUTH.

WITH CONTRIBUTIONS, MEMBERSHIP DUES AND STORE SALE PROCEEDS, CARLMONT PTSA OFFERS PROGRAMS SUCH AS TEACHER/STAFF MINI-GRANTS,REFLECTIONS ART RECOGNITION PROGRAM, GRADUATION NIGHT CELEBRATION, PARENT EDUCATION SPEAKERS, SAT/ACT PRACTICE TESTS,AND SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS.


PTSA ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO VARIOUS SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS - SUCH AS CHAPERONE STUDENTS FOR SCHOOL EVENTS; MANAGE STUDENT STORE; VOLUNTEERS COORDINATION; HOST EVENTS SUCH AS TEACHERS/STAFF APPRECIATION AND PTSA AWARDS EVENING; RAISE FUNDS THROUGH GRAD DAY CONCESSIONS, SALE OF PE CLOTHES AND SPIRIT WEAR.
