DEVELOPMENT OF MUSIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING THE STUDENT STAFF PROGRAM, THE CONDUCTORS/COMPOSERS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOPS,OPEN REHEARSALS AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMS TO FURTHER PUBLIC INTEREST AND APPRECIATION OF CONTEMPORARY MUSIC.
