TO PROVIDE A THERAPUTIC ENVIRONMENT FOR EMOTIONALLY TROUBLED ADOLESCENT YOUTH BY OFFERING AN ARRAY OF ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES ALL WITH AN EYE TOWARDS DEVELOPING THE EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL POTENTIAL OF EACH RESIDENT.

PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO AT RISK YOUTH IN ALAMEDA COUNTY GROUP HOME AND TRANSITIONAL AGE YOUTH FACILITY.


THE R.E.F.U.G.E. PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL CARE AND TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN WITH SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND/OR BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS. THE R.E.F.U.G.E. OPERATES A COMPREHENSIVE GROUP HOME SYSTEM OF CARE THAT PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL, NUTRITIONAL, AND RECRETIONAL AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF OTHER SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS FOR VULNERABLE, TROUBLED AND SERIOUSLY DISTURBED CHILDREN.


THE R.E.F.U.G.E. PROVIDES EMERGENCY BEDS FOR ALAMEDA COUNTY FOSTER CARE IN EACH OF ITS THREE RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES
