WE ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSES OF ECONOMI INJUSTICE BY DEVELOPING STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AMOUNG COMMUNITY, FAITH, AND LABOR TO BUILD POWER AND CREATE CHANGE WITH LOW-INCOME WORKERS AND COMMUNITIES OF COLOR.

SINCE 1999, EBASE HAS WON 31 POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF 250,000 LOW-WAGE WORKERS AND TENANTS, THE MAJORITY OF WHOM ARE PEOPLE OF COLOR. OUR POLICY ACHIEVEMENTS AND COMMITMENT TO ENFORCEMENT, ALL ADDRESSED THROUGH THE LENS OF OUR HOLISTIC WORKER APPROACH, ARE ADVANCING EQUITY IN THE REGION AND SETTING STATE AND NATIONAL MILESTONES. EBASE'S COALITIONS CONTINUE TO IMPROVE JOB ACCESS AND INCREASE WORKER AND TENANT PROTECTIONS IN OAKLAND AND CONCORD.
