OUR PROGRAM IS A NEED BASED COLLEGE SUCCESS PROGRAM FOR BERKELEY PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES WHO ATTEND A COMMUNITY COLLEGE OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE INSTITUTION WITH THE GOAL OF EARNING A BACHELOR'S DEGREE. WE PROVIDE A FOUR-TIERED APPROACH WHICH INCLUDES, ADVISING, MENTORING, CAREER READINESS AND SCHOLARSHIPS. AS OF FY22, 77% OF OUR SCHOLARS WHO HAVE ATTENDED COLLEGE FOR FIVE YEARS OR LESS COMPLETE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE.
