ECHOX HAS BEEN A MAJOR PROGRAM INITIATIVE FOR NORTHWEST HERITAGE RESOURCES IN 2020. IT INVOLVED THE CREATION OF A NEW WEBSITE THAT WOULD SERVE AS AN ETHNIC COMMUNITY RESOURCE FOR THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. THE WEBSITE INCLUDES INFORMATION ON STATE ETHNIC COMMUNITY GROUPS, ARTICLES ABOUT THOSE COMMUNITIES, INTERACTIVE COMPONENTS, AND A SPECIAL INTERACTIVE YOUTH SECTION.
