THROUGH COMMUNITY INTEGRATION AND EDUCATION, RES SUCCESS PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP EACH PARTICIPANT PURSUE THEIR INIVIDUAL GOALS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND LOCAL SOCIAL NETWORKS. PARTICIPANTS GROW IN NDEPENDENCE AND SELF-WORTH, ENHANCING THEIR PERSONAL AND SOCIAL ENDEAVORS THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES. THE PROGRAM OPERATES ON THE PRINCIPLES OF MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE GOAL ORIENTED AND PURPOSE BASED. RES SUPPORTS PARTICIPANTS IN DEVELOPING A STRONG SENSE OF SELF, BELIEVING IN THEMSELVES, DEVELOPING COMMUNICATION SKILLS, MAXIMIZING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEERS AND FAMILY, AND GROWING THEIR INTERESTS IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL PURSUITS AND ARTISTIC EXPRESSION. IN 2020, RES SUCCESS SUSPENDED IN-PERSON SERVICES TO PROTECT PARTICIPANTS AND STAFF FROM COVID-19 INFECTION. RES QUICKLY PIVOTED TO REMOTE SERVICES TO HELP PARTICIPANTS STAY CONNECTED DURING THIS TIME. IN JULY 2021, RES RETURNED TO LIMITED IN-PERSON PROGRAMS, WHILE CONTINUING TO PROVIDE REMOTE ALTERTAIVE SERVICES FOR MOST PARTICIPANTS. IN THE 2021 FISCAL YEAR RES PROVIDED 42,411 DAYS OF REMOTE, ALTERNATIVE, AND IN-PERSON SERVICES TO OUR CLIENTS.
