TO PRESERVE AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN BELVEDERE. TO FORM A RESERVE FUND WITH CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ALL BELVEDERE CITIZENS. TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO SUPPORT PROJECTS AND VOLUNTEERS WORKING TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN BELVEDERE.

BELVEDERE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION MAKES GRANTS TO SUPPORT VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS IN LINE WITH THEIR MISSION STATEMENT. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT GRANTS OF 2021 ARE AS FOLLOWS. $35K FOR THE CITY OF BELVEDERE RENOVATION OF BELVEDERE PLAYGROUND PROJECT TO REFURBISH PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. $25K FOR THE BELVEDERE TIBURON LIBRARY TO CREATE A SEATING AREA WITH A DONOR WALL. $15K FOR TIBURON PENINSULA TRAFFIC RELIEF YELLOW BUS CHALLENGE TO PROVIDE REDUCED RATE BUS PASSES FOR DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES IN THE REED UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT.
