THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OPERATES UNDER THE DBA HOME TO HOME. THE MISSION IS TO CREATE AND SUPPORT MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS BY ENHANCING THE LIVES OF DOGS, CATS AND THE PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY WHO LOVE THEM.

OUR MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PROVIDING A POSITIVE TEMPORARY HOME FOR DOGS AND CATS IN TRANSITION, LOCATING OWNERS OF LOST PETS AND MANAGING SAFETY NET PROGRAMS TO KEEP PETS IN HOMES AND REDUCE THE NEED FOR THE SHELTER. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE LOW INCOME SPAY/NEUTER VOUCHERS, FOOD BANKS, BTAA HELP LINE AND WWW.HOME-HOME.ORG. SPAYING AND NEUTERING IS A PRIORITY FOR BTAA AND ALL ANIMALS ADOPTED FROM BTAA WILL BE SPAYED/NEUTERED, VACCINATED AND MICRO-CHIPPED BEFORE ADOPTION. IN 2021, WE ASSISTED MORE THAN 1,150 DOGS AND CATS WITHIN OUR SHELTER AND HELPED MORE THAN 5,200 FAMILIES THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS. OUR NATIONAL HOME-TO-HOME PROGRAM IS NOW IN MULTIPLE STATES AND OUR PARTNER SHELTERS ARE EXPERIENCING A REDUCTION IN THEIR OWNER SURRENDERS, WHILE OFFERING A SERVICE AND SUPPORT TO THEIR COMMUNITY.
