THE ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF 30 QUALIFIED HOUSING PROJECTS FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS AND HOUSEHOLDS CONTAINING A TOTAL OF 5,000 DWELLING UNITS. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION OF 28 FEDERALLY QUALIFIED LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS FOR LOW-INCOME AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS REPRESENTING APPROXIMATELY 5,500 RESIDENTS.
