Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
THE FAMILY LINK SUCCESSFULLY PROVIDED SHORT OR LONG-TERM TEMPORARY HOUSING AND SUPPORT TO DOZENS OF PEOPLE WHO HAD COME TO THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA FROM OUT OF THE AREA SO THAT THEY COULD BE WITH AND HELP CARE FOR A LOVED ONE LIVING IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA WITH A CRITICAL AND/OR CHRONC ILLNESS. THESE PEOPLE, WHO STAYED AT THE FAMILY LINKS HOUSE, DID NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL MEANS TO PAY FOR TEMPORARY HOUSING IN THE S.F. BAY AREA. THE FAMILY LINK THEREFORE MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO BE WITH AND HELP THEIR LOVED ONES IN LIFE-ALTERING HEALTH SITUATIONS.
