PAL MEMBER LEAGUES INVOLVE BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS WITH A TOTAL OF 15 SPORTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR DURING THREE SEASONS. PAL RESPONSIBLES FOR SCHEDULING CONTESTS AND OFFICIALS, DEVELOPING AND ADJUSTING BYLAWS, RULING ON PROTESTS, ORGANIZING TOURNAMENTS AND PLAYOFFS, MONITORING ELIGIBILITY AND HANDLING PUBLICITY FOR THE LEAGUE.
