GRANTS AND ALLOCATIONS-GRANTS WERE AWARDED TO SHORT-STATURED INDIVIDUALS FOR VARIOUS REASONS, INCLUDING EDUCATION, MEDICAL NEEDS, ADOPTION AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THESE GRANTS ARE RELATED TO THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IN HELPING SHORT-STATURED INDIVIDUALS. A DETAILED LIST IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
PRINTING AND PUBLICATIONS-A NATIONAL NEWSLETTER (CALLED 'LPA TODAY") AND REGIONAL NEWSLETTERS ARE PUBLISHED BIMONTHLY. THEY ARE PUBLISHED ON THE NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL LEVEL. OTHER PUBLICATIONS SUCH AS INFORMATIONAL PAMPLETS AND BROCHURES ARE ALSO PUBLISHED.
SYMPOSIUMS, CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS ARE HELD MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND ANNUALLY ON THE LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL. THE MEETINGS ARE FOR CARRYING OUT THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION. REGISTRATION FEES AND OTHER FEES ARE CHARGED TO THE ATTENDEES AND COSTS ARE PAID OUT OF THESE FEES.
