WE BELIEVE IN THE WELLNESS OF MIND BODY AND SPIRIT. AS SUCH WE PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL INTELLECTUAL EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING OF SENIOR CITIZENS IN THE PRESCOTT VALLEY AREA. WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIALIZATION RECREATION HEALTH & FITNESS EDUCATION AND THROUGH OUR IN-HOUSE DINING AND HAPPY MEALS-ON-WHEELS PROGRAMS PROPER NUTRITION. ULTIMATELY WE STRIVE TO NURTURE AND SUPPORT INDEPENDENCE AND VITALITY AMONG OUR SENIORS AS WE WORK TO ENRICH THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES.

PREPARE AND SERVE NUTRITIONALLY BALANCED LUNCHES FOR MORE THAN 900 SENIOR CITIZENS TO EAT 17,000 MEALS. PROVIDE DAILY MEALS-ON-WHEELS FOR APPROXIMATELY 72 HOMEBOUND SENIORS 12,369 MEALS. PERICHABLE FOOD ROOM PROVIING FOOD COMMODITIES FOR MORE THAN 4,000 FAMILIES.


PROVIDE PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS INCLUDING HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLINICS WORKSHOPS AND FAIRS HEALTH SCREENINGS BLOOD PRESSURE VISION HEARING DIABETES INFORMATIONAL SEMINARS MEDICARE BENEFITS COUNSELING AND LEGAL ADVOCATE SERVICES. PROVIDE A SAFE AND WHOLESOME ENVIRONMENT FOR SENIORS TO GATHER AND PARTICIPATE IN PHYSICAL SOCIAL EDUCATIONAL INTER-GENERATIONAL AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY REFERRAL SERVICES.
