WORK WITH LOCAL GROUPS TO INCREASE ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK TO INCREASE HOUSING STOCK. WORK WITH GROUPS TO IMPROVE GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE IN IMPLEMENTING FEDERAL AND STATE MANDATES.
