ILRCSF PROVIDES SAN FRANCISCOS DISABILITY COMMUNITY WITH A BROAD SPECTRUM OF SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY SERVICES, INFORMATION AND REFERRALS, AND EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES AIMED AT ENGAGING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THEIR COMMUNITY.

DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022, ILRCSF PROVIDED DIRECT SERVICES TO OVER 700 PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN ONE OR MORE OF OUR MULTIPLE PROGRAM AREAS, SUCH AS GENERAL INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, PEER MENTORSHIP, DISABILITY BENEFITS, ASSISTANCE PROCURING IN-HOME HELP, REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS IN SCHOOL AND THE WORKPLACE, ASSISTANCE FINDING FOOD, LOW-COST HEALTHCARE, ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION REGARDING BUDGETING AND OTHER PERSONAL FINANCE ISSUES. WE ALSO PROVIDED INFORMATION/REFERRAL SERVICES REGARDING A WIDE VARIETY OF ISSUES RELATED TO DISABILITY/ACCESSIBILITY TO NEARLY 2,000 PEOPLE. WE PROVIDED OVER 120 PIECES OF ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY OR DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO CONSUMERS, AND OVER 5,000 UNITS OF COVID-19 HOME TESTING KITS TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND SENIORS, INCLUDING HOMEBOUND CONSUMERS WHO IDENTIFY AS MEDICALLY VULNERABLE.
