THE SCOTTSDALE LEAGUE FOR THE ARTS SUPPORTS ARTS AND ART EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN ARIZONA. THE LEAGUE RAISES FUNDS FOR THE ARTS BY HOSTING SOCIAL AND CULINARY EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.100% OF NET PROCEEDS RAISED FROM THESE EVENTS ARE DONATED TO A WIDE RANGE OF NONPROFIT ARTS ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH THE LEAGUES ANNUAL GRANTS PROGRAM. THE LEAGUE AWARDS GRANTS ON A COMPETITIVE BASIS TO NONPROFIT 501(C)(3) AGENCIES THAT DIRECTLY PROVIDE SERVICES IN THE ARTS. ALL PUBLIC FUNDRAISING EVENTS WERE SUSPENDED IN 2020 DUE TO COVID-19.
