THE HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND ITS RELATED ORGANIZATION, SACRAMENTO HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, PROVIDE EDUCATION, NETWORKING AND ADVOCACY FOR MORE THAN 400 + CHAMBER MEMBERS. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, THE CHAMBER PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS TO ASSIST THEM IN FINANCIAL LITERACY, MARKETING PRINCIPLES, BUSINESS PLANNING AND APPLICATIONS. THE CHAMBER PRESENTS THREE SIGNATURE EVENTS THAT HIGHLIGHTS MEMBERS, BUSINESSES AND LEADERSHIP IN THE SACRAMENTO REGION. THE ANNUAL SALUD! BUSINESS AWARDS RECOGNIZES OUTSTANDING BUSINESSES, WHO ARE ALSO CONTRIBUTING TO THE BETTERMENT OF OUR COMMUNITY. THE EVENT PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT THE ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTIONS AND SUCCESSES OF HISPANIC BUSINESSES TO THE GROWTH IN THE REGION TO CREATE JOBS AND BUILD OUR ECONOMY. THE STATE OF HISPANICS IS OUR ANNUAL EVENT THAT SHARES THE PROGRESS, CHALLENGES, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR HISPANICS ACROSS THE SACRAMENTO REGION THROUGH THE RELEASE OF THE HISPANIC ECONOMIC REPORT. THIS REPORT IS DONE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR LOCAL STATE UNIVERSITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT GOVERNMENT AGENCY. THROUGH THE SHARING OF THE TRENDS IN THE REPORT, OUR CHAMBER AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS HAVE A WORKING AN AGENDA TO ASSIST IN TRACKING THE INROADS BEING MADE TO UPLIFT THE HISPANIC BUSINESSES AND COMMUNITY THROUGH INVESTMENT AND EDUCATION.
