ASSISTS BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSONS IN EXPERIENCING A MORE INDEPENDENT AND OPPORTUNITY FILLED LIFE THROUGH SPECIALIZED METHODS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. OFFERS INSTRUCTION IN INDEPENDENCE BUILDING SKILLS SUCH AS ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY, SAFETY, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, FALL PREVENTION, COMMUNICATION, AND MORE ALONGSIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO GIVE PERSONS WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES A WAY TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES, BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND REACH THEIR GOALS.
