THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS THE POLICE OFFICERS OF RICHMOND IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE CITY OF RICHMOND REGARDING WORKING CONDITIONS, WAGES, AND BENEFITS. THE ASSOCIATION NEGOTIATES GROUP BENEFITS AND SERVES AS THE CONDUIT FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BENEFIT EXPENSE.
THE ASSOCIATION SERVES THE SOCIAL NEEDS OF MEMBERS AND PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS TO IMPROVE THEIR OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS.
