TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF SMALL, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES OF LOGGERS AND LOG TRUCKERS, WHICH ARE THE BACKBONE OF THE LOGGING INDUSTRY. SUPPORT IS PROVIDED THROUGH EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, INFORMATION DISSEMINATION, CONFERENCES, AND SAFETY AND INSURANCE PROGRAMS.

PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH THE LATEST INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS VIA AN ANNUAL MEETING INCLUDING SPEAKERS TO INSTRUCT ON LATEST REGULATIONS, PROCESSES, ETC. DISSEMINATE UPDATED INFORMATION THROUGHOUT THE YEAR DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE INDUSTRY. ALSO PROVIDE REPRESENTATION TO VARIOUS REGULATORS SUCH AS DEPT OF FORESTRY, ENVIRONMENTAL BOARDS, SBE, WAGE BOARD, ETC AND THE LEGISLATURE.
PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS AND OTHER TRAININGS. ALSO PROVIDE MEETING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS TO SHARE IDEAS AND COMMON ISSUES. PROVIDE REPRESENTATION AS WELL AS COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
