VIA PROVIDES INNOVATIVE EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAMS IN ASIA AND THE UNITED STATES THAT PROMOTE CROSS-CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING, BUILD PARTNERSHIPS, AND OFFER TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCES FOR OUR PARTICIPANTS AND COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROGRAM #1: THE ENLIGHT SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR PROGRAM WAS OFFERED ONLINE DURING MARCH 2022 TILL SEPTEMBER 2022 WITH TEAMS JOINING FROM THAILAND AND MYANMAR. THE ACCELERATOR IS A 6-MONTH TEAM-BASED TRAINING AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COURSE FOR SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR TOOLS, STRUCTURE, AND SUPPORT TO TURN THEIR BIG IDEAS INTO A SUSTAINABLE PROJECT. THROUGH INTERACTIVE TRAINING SESSIONS, INDEPENDENT TEAM TASKS, AND INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING, TEAM MEMBERS LEARN HOW TO 1) COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY AS A TEAM, 2) IDENTIFY THEIR TARGET COMMUNITY AND PROJECT GOALS, 3) DEVELOP IMPACT-DRIVEN PROGRAMS WITH EFFECTIVE EVALUATION PLANS, AND 4) COMMUNICATE THEIR VALUE TO COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS AND FUNDERS.


PROGRAM #2: THE CUSTOM SOCIAL INNOVATOR ACCELERATOR - BRILLIANT HOPE PROGRAM WAS OFFERED ONLINE DURING SEPTEMBER 2021 TILL JANUARY 2022 WITH TEAMS JOINING FROM A COMPANY IN JAPAN. THIS ACCELERATOR IS A 4-MONTH TEAM-BASED TRAINING COURSE TO NURTURE AN INNOVATOR GROWTH MINDSET AND GAIN SKILLS FOR INNOVATION.


PROGRAM #3: THE EXPLORING SOCIAL INNOVATION (ESI) 2 PROGRAM WAS OFFERED ONLINE IN FEBRUARY 2022. THE PROGRAM WAS JOINED BY 9 PARTICIPANTS FROM JAPAN AND MYANMAR. THROUGH THE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS EXPLORE SOCIAL CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS THROUGH INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS, GROUP DISCUSSIONS, SITE VISITS AND GUEST SPEAKERS FROM INNOVATIVE COMPANIES, AND EXCHANGE IDEAS WITH LOCAL LEADERS AND GLOBAL FRIENDS.


ALL OTHER PROGRAMS: OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE ONLINE EXPLORER PROGRAMS FOR HEALTH CARE STUDENTS AND ANOTHER FOCUSING ON DISASTER RECOVERY, OUR GLOBAL COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP WITH ONE FELLOW SENT TO JAPAN SINCE APRIL 2022, AND OUR SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE.
