THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES APPROXIMATELY 472 LOCAL FIRE SERVICE PROFESSIONALS WITH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, LABOR RELATIONS, INSURANCE PRODUCTS, PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION AND LEGAL DEFENSE.


THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ON DUTY STAND-BY FIREFIGHTERS TO REPLACE ACTIVE FIREFIGHTER BOARD MEMBERS, THIS AFFORDS THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES AS ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS.


MEMBERS PAY DUES IN ORDER TO COLLECTIVELY FUND ACTIVITIES THAT WILL IMPROVE WAGES, HOURS AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR FIRE SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.
